I'm wondering is there a way to use character creator to build a blood hunter. I've searched, but D&D Beyond doesn't sell the class for their CC, nor are there any options for it in the CC.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Make sure that you turn "Critical Role" content on in the first page of the character builder. You should then be able to select Blood Hunter as your class.
