Every time I roll a skill check with jack of all trades half proficiency in the iOS app and online with safari mobile browser (request desktop site enabled) it calculates as full proficiency.
It all lines up as far as I can tell. Your prof bonus is +4, so most skills are going to be Ability Modifier + 2. This seems right for all the skills. Are you actually rolling from the skills section, or are you clicking on the ability modifier itself. Only the skills themselves factor in JoaT.
Don’t delete anything though, old threads might be a helpful resource for others with the same problem who are too afraid to ask.
(Btw, your homebrew Blizzard spell doesn’t line up damage-wise between the description and the displayed dice. You might want to fix that one way or another.)
