I'd like to create a spell that, as a side effect, gives a penalty on certain checks, but I can't find a corresponding modifier type. I tried using "Bonus" with a negative value, but that didn't work either.
Any suggestions?

All temporary effects are currently unsupported on DDB. This includes spells that buff checks.
