Im needing to create a character for an upcoming game. Even though I own the content required including the PHB and the Sword Coast Adventurers Guide, it will not give me the option to make this subclass. 

Can anyone shed some insight on this?

 I do see this as an option when i click the link. The problem is in character creation when i select a subclass.

If it helps, you can purchase only the Arcana domain for $1.99 here, so you don't need to purchase the full book to have access to the subclass you're trying to use. :)
