I use an Ipad Pro with the latest IOS while gaming at the table. I've been using it for about a year for my characters created on D&D Beyond. It has functioned well until about 5 weeks ago. Since then, ANY TIME that I try to edit my character on the ipad--such as adding equipment to my inventory, adding a note, changing my spells, the character page CRASHES.

Before the change saves, the iPAD throws the following error:

SESSON TIMEOUT
Argh! We failed our saving throw to keep concentrating on your character sheet session. Refresh to cast the spell again and return things to normal. Refresh the Page
Error Code: ea687f864f5244d8aa36885556022dae

The code above is one example. It crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME. So basically useless for game play except for viewing without editing. 

Is this error on the fix list? Is D&D Beyond support aware this is happening?

Alright, the first thing I'd like to suggest is for you to clear the cache on your affected iPad device, and then load the character sheet freshly (not from a tab where it is already open). Let me know what happens when you edit the sheet after doing that. :)
