Druid: No option for Circle of the Moon

I have a Druid is setting up their level 2 druid and there is no option for Circle of the Moon. Thanks.

you need to buy it from the market place if you don't have access to the PHB.

you can buy just Circle of the Moon for a couple bucks.  You don't need to buy the whole book.  I did just that for my daughter's character a few days ago.

You can also build circle of the moon using homebrew tools.
