Incorrect Heading Structure in SCAG Ch. 2

The headings in the version of Chapter 2 in the Sword Coast Adventurers Guide do not correctly match the printed book.

There should only be 5 heading 1s:

The Lords' Alliance

Dwarfholds of the North

Island Kingdoms

Independent Realms

The Underdark

The Moonshaes should be a heading 2 under Island Kingdoms; not it's own heading 1.

This impacts the web and the iOS app.
