Drow race not available in character builder can't seem to find it anywhere

The Drow race is not a part of the Basic Rules/SRD. Have you purchased either the Drow race individually, or the Player's Handbook from the Marketplace? 

I had to sign into my groups campaign and it came up.

I have purchased the players handbook in the marketplace.   It is still not available.

 Should be listed under elf.

It does appear now.   I had to go through the Standard character build a few steps (it wasn't there), go back, start again and then it appeared.
