A couple of friends of mine were trying to create DnDBeyond accounts for an upcoming Eberron campaign I am planning. However, when they went to create the accounts, they only got the options to login/create accounts with Goggle or Twitch. Neither of which either uses . . .
Is there no way to create accounts without these?

Ignoring a very small window early on in it's lifespan, DDB has always used twitch as a login provider, and more recently added Google.
You will have to make an account with one of those two services to access DDB
