l have not bought anything,is this the cause? do l need to buy the books to get spells higher the 1st lv?
The character creation spell list isn't scrollable, so stops when the maximum amount of results are shown. Just skip spell selection in the character creator, go to the character sheet, and manage spells from there. Should be able to see all of them at that point.
If you are in the builder, you may need to refresh the page after changing level or just manage spells on character sheet.
