Post toolbar/Dice roller Not Visible/Available on Mobile

Hi,

I’m posting from my phone and don’t see the post toolbar and so can’t use the dice roller. Is there some trick to getting this to work?

You will need to load the desktop version of the site on your mobile device to access the quick tools for posts, such as the dice roller.

It only kicks in if the screen is wide enough.  What phone do you have?

It’s an iPhone 5. I’ve tried requesting the desktop version and it doesn’t seem to change anything. 

That screen is pretty small.  My guess is that it is not big enough to be able to see the toolbars on mobile.  I don't know what size it has to be.  I have a galaxy s9 and if I turn the screen sideways the toolbars show up.
