Several options were removed from the Artificer's Replicate Magic Item Infusion in an errata last year (https://media.wizards.com/2020/dnd/downloads/ERftLW-Errata.pdf), including Warforged Armblades.

The class page appears to have been updated correctly: https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/artificer

But they still appear in the character builder as options:
