So last Tuesday, I posted for help at zendesk regarding my subscription, and haven't heard back from anyone.
My account status and subscription status do not line up, and I'd like some help to correct this. Even a simple, go to X or we're looking into it, would be great.

I have "some" of my Master Subscription features available, but not all. Which is weird. The account shows it's expired(with no notice) but it still shows that I am a Master level subscriber.

In what way do they not line up?
