Last session, my DM gave me a custom magic item. It’s a +1 rapier that allows me to cast Knock once a day. I tried to make it on here, and I used a +1 rapier as a template, added to the description, and added the knock spell. Yet I can’t figure out how to add the once per day restriction. It still says at-will. It’s not too bad. I just added “Knock (1/Day)” in the notes of it on my sheet. But the fact that it says at-will when it isn’t irks me. Can someone explain how to add that restriction? Because I can’t figure it out.
I would recommend expanding the "Additional Details" section and adding 1 charge to the rapier. Then in the Knock spell, set the minimum and maximum charges to 1. This should give you a single box to mark as used/unused in the item on your character sheet.

Hello Manlyson!

Thank you. That did indeed work.
