I am trying to make a 9th level character as a 4 Warlock / 5 Bard but can't learn any bard spells past 1st level. I believe the 4/5 split should give me access to 2nd level Warlock spells & 3rd level bard spells? As well as a couple higher level slots for up casting.
I even tried setting it to 4 / 16 and still couldn't learn any bard spells past 1st level. Shouldn't a level 20 character with 16 levels as a bard have access to more than just 1st level spells?
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug or something?
If you change your level while the spell list is loaded, it wont update. All you have to do is reload the page. You could also just edit your spells on character sheet rather than in builder.
So changing the level causes the D&D Beyond swirl like it does when loading the page, loads all the other info for leveling the character, but doesn't trigger or flag the spell list to reload... I also tried going to a different tab then back, but apparently that doesn't work either. Sigh...

Thanks :)
It has something to do with how web pages store (que/cache) list information.
