My dm sent me a campaign link. When I click it both of the characters on my account show up but one of them is greyed out and can't be clicked. My cursor turns into a ghostbusters symble when I hover over him. The other character works fine. Anyone know whats going on? Windows 10, chrome

Have you added the other character to another campaign?
