Hombrew subrace creation bugged

The first issue i found is that when attempting to make a new version of a subrace, the new version appeared duplicated on the main race's page

The other thing is that if i try to make a new version of the main race the subraces become "unlinked"? i'm not sure what's going on

I know that homebrew races with subraces have a few issues like having to reselect subraces when you make a new version of the parent race.

We can only hope that this will be streamlined when homebrew gets revamped.

How do i select the subrace? the only way i've been able is by making a whole new subrace and linking it to the parent, is there a button to link it?
