I seem to be having a problem with a home-brew item. I have created the item with the ability to cast the Blink spell once per long rest. The long rest reset is set for charges in the item creater, and blink is selected as a spell in it's area. I set the ring onto a test character, attune to it, and cast the spell. I then hit the long rest button, but it won't reset that charge.
Additionally, is there a way to have that spell listed under the actions tab, and the immunity (grappled and restrained) to the immunities block? They are added into the Modifiers section appropriately, but won't show.

Hello! In addition to DxJxC's answer to your first question, I would like to assist you with your other query.
Magic Item homebrew were added to D&D Beyond prior to the Actions function. Currently they are not able to add actions.
I believe that those immunities should show on the character sheet when entered into the item. Would you be able to link your unpublished homebrew here, so that I (or another forum moderator) can take a look?
Thank you!

Items don't recover their charges automatically. Most of them recover a random amount and DDB doesnt have integrated RNG yet.
