I’m slightly new to this site, so I’m still not sure how everything works around here. Some friends and I are doing a campaign based around monsters, so I chose that I wanted my character to be a Yuan-Ti Pureblood. I purchased that race, but when I go into the character editor it’s not showing it as an option even though I got a purchase confirmation and I can view my purchase history.
Someyimes there is a bit of delay between purchase and access. Try clearing cache, refreshing page, and/or relogging.
If none of that works and you still can't select your purchased race, try posting the URL to the character here (not share link) so a mod can check it. After that, contact support.
