Some spells missing from Character sheet options

Hi!

I have a character in my campaign that cannot see a number of Paladin spells when using the manage spells feature.

At first we assumed this was because I had let my subscription lapse, so I ponied up the cash last night.

The account information indicates my subscription should be live on 05 Aug 2018, which is today, but I still don't see the spells in his sheet.

Yes, I absolutely do own the correct online material as he had previously had this spell memorized (it's on a print out not 2m from me).

Can you help me figure out what we've done wrong here? Thanks! I will DM you the sheet link.
