Dragon Form AC Calculation Error

I created a random character (Human, Variant) Sorcerer w/ Draconic Bloodline Feat.  The character has no armor equipped, yet the AC is calculating as 32:

(10 Armor(None)
+
3 Dexterity Bonus
+
3 Unarmored Bonus(Draconic Resilience)
+16 Misc Bonus(Dragon Form)

My understanding is that the polymorphic ability of Dragon Form makes my AC equal to 13+DEX modifier, not adding onto existing AC.

However, I suspect you may be using a piece of homebrew, as the Draconic Bloodline Sorcerous Origin has no feature called "Dragon Form". 

There is definitely some homebrew ay play here that wasn't coded right.
