Recently purchased XGE and no sub-classes are showing up in the character creation tool or for my players in my campaign (I have master tier subscription and content sharing enabled). Please advise...

Just want to make sure the characters are the right level. Most classes get their subclasses at level 3.

If they are the right level and only the free subclasses are showing up, try turning sharing off then back on.
