Maybe this has been covered on a different thread, but why are the Eberron races still included under the playtest material? Since the "Wayfinder's guide" is out shouldn't all of those races been removed from playtest?
Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron is a living document not considered officially part of the game at this time, according to its Introduction.
The races themselves were additionally released as part of an Unearthed Arcana playtesting cycle following the release of the living document. As such, the races are available on D&D Beyond as Unearthed Arcana for all users at this time.
The game mechanics here are usable in your campaign, but at this time they aren’t officially part of the game and aren’t permitted in D&D Adventurers League events. These mechanics will evolve based on player feedback. This is a living document, and as these concepts are refined, this book will also be updated for free; so you will be kept up to date with any changes that are made to it.

I would imagine that on November 19th when the hardcover Eberron title "Eberron: Rising From the Last War" is published, that you may find that changes -- based upon this video where the contents of this new publication are discussed.
I hope that helps!
