Using Google Chrome (77.0.3865.120)

The green arrow button in the bottom-right corner with CSS class ".nav-back-to-top" disappears behind "blockquote" elements.

I was able to resolve the issue in Chrome Dev Tools by giving the element the style "z-index: 1".

Just a little 1 minute ticket to improve site usability!

I've noticed this too. It is minor, but shouldn't happen.
