This is my first bug report here so I hope this is the correct way of writing a report :)
What happened: When multiclassing into warlock, I put three levels into the warlock, the spell list however did not update to show second level spells. The counter of learned cantrips and spells *did* update.
Reproduction steps:
1. Make a new character
2. Pick sorcerer at lvl 5
3. Add warlock as a second class at level 1
4. Click on Spells
5. Click on Add Spells
6. Level warlock to level 3
7. See that the list of spells to choose from does not update.
7. Refresh page, now the spell list updates.
This also breaks the other way around, if you put 15 levels into warlock and then level it down to 3 levels the 5th level spells etc are still visible. When you try to learn a 5th level spell however, it gives you a popup error message saying that this is unintended behavior and that the error is forwarded to the dndbeyond team.
This is a limitation of the webpage format and there is nothing DDB can do about it (without completely remaking character builder or at least the class section). It happens when the spell list is open when you change levels (steps 4-6).
It won't be an issue when the character builder gets integrated into the character sheet itself.
