Hi.

My players are reporting that they can't access my purchases for building their characters (e.g., feats, etc.)  I'm guessing it might be  because I was recently had to start a new subscription after my old one cancelled out (I couldn't see a way to "renew" so I just started another one)  But if you could look into it I would greatly appreciate it.  

Most recently I cancelled the campaign and started a new one (Road to Redemption) to see if it would solve the problem but it doesn't seem to have worked.

First, is the subscription you have a master tier?

If so, when you go to your campaign, you should see a button at the top of the page labeled "enable content sharing."

Hadn't enabled it in the new campaign so that did the trick.  It was definitely set up in the original b/c my players had been leveling for about a year now.  It's possible that I somehow turned it off in the old campaign by mistake or maybe it defaulted that way when my subscription initially ran out and I forget to re-enable when I re-subsribed?  Either way it's up and running now.

There is a bug with content sharing where sometimes some content will disappear for one or more players. Often turning sharing off and turning it on again fixes it. Really.
