The Italian PHB shows in the Mega Menu for everyone, whether you own it or not. If you try to go deeper than the Table of Contents, you will be redirected to the Marketplace to purchase it.
This is a temporary solution to make it easy for purchasers to access so stay tuned for some incoming navigation changes.

am I the only one that has the italian PHB also shown in the Sources menu?
I never bought it and don't even speak italian!? :)
If you can open it and read its content, it is likely you have it via content sharing.
I'm the DM of my group and the only one that shares content.
When you enable the sharing, you get the content of your players as well.
If even none of your players bought the Italian PHB, then submit a ticket to support.
