I've tried every other day since the new Eberron book came out as WGtE was supposed to include the Artificer and one subclass. I've toggled on and off every content switch in the first page of the character builder and still no Artificer on the class page.
I can visit the compendium page for the Artificer, which includes the Alchemist, but I cannot create one.

I have the same problem, and if I look up the Artificer via the “Game rules” menu, I can view the details for all three subclasses.
