Zariel Tiefling subrace states I get searing smite as a second level cast but it does not show up on my character sheet. Hovering over my Zariel feature shows I get searing smite but it does not show up in my spells. It does show my branding smite.

Have you bought the PHB on DDB? Searing smite is not a free spell.
