Bug #1: I'd love if it were possible to dual wield Javelins: one in each hand. As far as I can tell, dndbeyond doesn't really support that, because Javelins stack (🎉). I'm able to customize the Javelin stack, and check the "dual wield" box, but that changes the entire stack to be a Bonus Action / offhand. I've been unable to get two different stacks. My workaround has been to just manually track which roll was which, and tell the DM to subtract my Str bonus from the offhand damage.
Bug #2: I tried customizing the Javelins in my inventory, and then adding a generic Javelin - but the new javelin also has the customizations. IMO it should be possible to have multiple stacks of javelins with different customizations. Ex: I have a stack of non-magical Javelins with a custom name and a damage bonus. Now every common Javelin I pick up has the same damage bonus. Woo hoo (but wrong)
Bug #3: creating a custom weapon attack for the offhand: select the Str stat & marking as dual wield adds the Str bonus to *both* attack and damage rolls. It should only be attack for my character (I don't have Two Weapon Fighting Style). Actual weapons that're marked as Dual Wield do this correctly on my character sheet.
Bug #3.5: When creating a custom weapon action, the Fixed Value for damage does not accept negative damage modifier. I tried a "-3" to offset my current Str bonus for the offhand, but no luck.
Bug #4: Can't create a custom weapon attack that replicates the Action->Attack line for a Javelin. I think the Thrown attribute is the one that's weird. If I mark as "Melee", it shows "30 ft reach". If I mark as ranged, it's displayed with a bow/arrow icon and "Ranged Attack", but correctly shows the 30/120 short/long ranges.
----
I think I've finally gotten ~close by creating a custom action for the primary hand, and moving the actual "Javelin" stack to be dual wield / offhand. Still, it seems to me like at least some of these bugs/features are ones you'd be interested in addressing.
