I'm see my paladin oath spells appear both as paladin spells and oath spells, its from a homebrew subclass.
I don't know if its because I both added them under the oath class feature and as additional specific spells.

Yeah, you only need them in 'additional specific spells.'

Yeah I know, but I like that they say "Oath" under the spell and then they also don't count as spells known.
and you can set them as "always prepared"
it gives more benefits to add them as a class feature than just as additional specific spells
Then remove them from 'additional specific spells' then? Which also sets them as 'always prepared' and not counting against spells known, BTW
