I've just reached 6th level with my ranger and noticed that while the selection of new favoured enemy (or enemies if humanoid) worked fine, when I view my features on the char sheet, the Favoured Enemy only lists the new choices and not my original Favoured Enemy (still shows in builder though).
So I originally chose Undead, then at 6h level I choice humanoids (werewolves and goblinoids). The character sheet now only lists Humanoids: Werwolves, Goblinoids, and Goblin (which is actually the language I chose rather than a specific favoured enemy).
This is a known issue that is apparently harder to fix than it sounds. Most likely it won't get fixed until the next revamp of the character sheet. In the mean time, at least the info is retained in the builder, and you could also possibly put it under the 'enemies' section on the 'notes' tab.
This bug also effects things like bard magical secrets and the ASIs of every class. Rangers are just the lowest level where it applies and also the only class where the information of their feature is not also represented somewhere else (on account of the feature having no modifiers, spells, actions, or anything other than fluff).
