My dm and I are sharing content to the rest of our campaign and pretty much every month for some reason the site decides to not let any of the players to view the shared content from the DM. We have logged out, erased cookies, reshared, got new links to the campaign that he is sharing in, ETC. This has happened multiple times and have gotten the aforementioned guidance, But this is getting pretty ridiculous that this happens once a month to two months. I don't understand how this issue keeps happening, It is incredibly frustrating when we go to do something and here we go again with a week of F****ng around with the websites inconsistencies once again. Please advise.
Are you deactivating characters on a regular basis? or adding and removing people? I have content sharing active over three campaigns for 2 years and haven't had any issues
It seems like you've covered the basic troubleshooting steps. If this was a case of the site blocking access to sharing that frequently, we'd hear a lot more noise about it from the community, but this sounds more localized. Let's think outside the box here... Is it the DM's only campaign they're sharing with? A Master Tier subscription only allows sharing with 3 campaigns at a time. If they are not maxed out, they could create a seperate dummy campaign with sharing enabled and add a character of yours. If/when the sharing stops on your main campaign, check the dummy campaign to see if sharing still works there. My thinking is that it is something in the DM's settings. Maybe they're accidentally turning off sharing options? Maybe on purpose? Also, if they're paying for the sub monthly, there's the possibility that billing issues could interupt their access to sharing material. Have they contacted customer support?

Have they tried turning content sharing off and back on when it happens?
