I can confirm this. I created a "+1 Shield" variant item, using +1 shield as the template and changing nothing except the name and description. It registers as a normal shield (+2 to AC) but is not giving the additional +1. When the character equips a standard +1 shield, it gives +3 AC as it should. It seems magical properties of HomeBrew items are not being properly taken into accounts on the D&D Beyond character sheets.

I've created a magic item that has one charge but the charge shows up nowhere on character sheets I give the item to.
