For several weeks now I have been trying to open the Character Sheets for my players on my computer, and everytime I get the "Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our Retrieve Character check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.Try again after a Short Rest." I have done the standard things to try and get this to work on my end, shutting down the browser, the computer and so on. I have used different browsers, Edge and Chrome. All to no avail! its getting frustrating on my end and I need so help in trying to fix this issue

Can your players access their characters?
yes it was an issue with my machine, the issue was fixed by using the app CCleaner
