Bard - College of Cuisine missing

I am currently creating a character for my new campaign. I was going with a bard and subclass "college of cuisine" (This is from Helliana's Guide to Monster Hunting part1). Yet somehow the subclass is not showing up in my list, while college of Fleshweaving (same source book) is showing up...

Is there a way to fix this? (Imgur link to screenshot)

Possibly at some point they'll get around to doing a "part 2" that'll include the others.
