Last night, I was talking with my DM and the other players about the "Change frame" feature on my character sheet (looks really cool btw). I assumed I had access to it due to my Hero Tier subscription. However, the DM, informed me that he couldn't find that option either, despite his Master Tier subscription.

I was just wondering if there was an issue or if there is something else in play.

The extra frames are from preordering books. If your DM hasn't done that - they won't have any extra frames to use.

That would work, if I did that. The only thing I know I have, that he doesn't, is the essentials kit I bought at a game store.

That may have come with some frame options. I can't tell because I don't have it either.

The Essentials Kit did not come with any character sheet display options. :)

 Did your DM preorder books? Also, which frames do you have? Are they the ERftLW ones?

yes and I don't know. My guess would be no, but neither did I.

What are the frames called in the Change Frame UI? I have two listed under the title CR - the Critical Role voting ones. And some under ERFTLW for the Eberron ones - like Sprocket Cog and Arcane Mist etc..

So which are yours?

 Frames are not shared through content sharing.

If you preordered Xanathar's Guide to Everything, you will have the character sheet visual items. If you purchased Wayfinder's Guide before "Eberron: Rising From the Last War" was released, you will have those visual items. If you voted in the Critical Role election, you will have those visual items. 

Your visual items will not be shared to other users.

If you voted in the CR election for President of DNDB for Liam or Sam - once the election was done you got some sheet backgrounds and two portrait frames. The frames just add a little Liam or Sam badge on the corner.
