Shadar Kai option

Hi I'm looking for the shadar Kai option it says it's in the mordenkainen's tome but I don't see the separate purchase option

Subraces are at the bottom of the purchase options page, with Shadar-Kai being the final option

Can you buy the ability to make your shadar Kai a gloom Weaver?

A Gloom Weaver is a monster stat block, not a PC option.

You can buy the Gloom Weaver monster block separately.

You can also by the Gloom Stalker subclass for ranger.
