I can add this feat without needing the prerequisite of "the ability to cast at least one spell". For example, variant humans who get a feat at first level can add this feat regardless of class, like a rogue or fighter. This seems wrong. The feat gives you a spell, does this override the prerequisite somehow?
Update: Feats Prerequisites is turned on. Definitely shouldn't be able to have this feat. Heavy armor master is missing due to me only having medium proficiency, so that's working properly. Spell Sniper is ignoring this.

I wonder if the "can cast 1 spell" prerequisite has not been coded yet.
