I only have 1 campaign on D&D Beyond and the player count is at 6. Therefore my players should be recieving my unlocked content. Currently they are not. Any idea why?
Hello! Please ensure that your subscription hasn't lapsed, which you can quickly double-check here.
As you've already tried switching the content sharing on and off, and you only have one campaign where sharing has been activated, if that does not help I would recommend reaching out to Support, who can take a closer look at your account and offer further assistance.

The simplest questions to get out of the way first would be: Do you have a master tier subscription? And have you turned content sharing on?
If the answer is yes to both - try turning content sharing off and on again. I know how that sounds but it very often fixes sharing problems.

Yahtzee of 2's: Emmber (#36,161).
Lowest 9: JoeltheWalrus (#312), Emmber (#12,505) and Dertinus (#20,953).
Thanks, but unfortunately I already tried turning it off then back on, didn't do anything.

Are the players building their characters in the campaign?
Post the URL of the campaign and an affected character (not the join or share link).
