I take it you have purchased books or individual player options on DDB? Do you or one of your players have the master subscription and enabled content charing for that campaign? Are they building their characters in the content sharing campaign? If the answer to all 3 questions is yes, try turning content sharing off and on again.
I have the master subscription and the required books for the campaign, and they are building the characters in the content sharing thing. I'll try turning it on and off again
Hello Dragonstrap! If you have verified that you've checked all of the following steps (I can see here you have done a number of them), please reach out to our Support team so that they can take a better look and ensure your subscription functions properly for you.
Ensure the players are making/editing characters while inside of the campaign.
Ensure that you have purchased the full book (not the Compendium only version) that contains the content you want your players to use, or the individual content (ie. the specific feat). You can check that on the same page as step 2, in your order history.
Turn content sharing in the campaign Off, and then On again.
I'm having the same problem. I've purchased multiple books but it's not allowing me to grant feats to characters in my campaign.
Are you the owner of the characters in question?
If you do not own the characters, you (or any member of the campaign) would need to be a Master Tier subscriber, and then activate Content Sharing in the campaign. This would allow all users in the campaign to access all paid content owned by any campaign member while building/editing a character in the campaign.
I'm not the owner of the character, but I do have a Master Monthly account and only three campaigns currently active and tried flipping the sharing on an off.
That's the weird thing, I had to use homebrew with this one because it wouldn't let me use phb on that one. And dirk was that way at first too. I'm not sure why it let me start using it

For some reason it's not letting my players select all the options for feats and subclasses in character builder!

This one uses a lot of homebrew, but the other one (Dirk) is using subclasses and feats from the PHB.
