A search for "minus" (one of the auto-complete suggestions) or "amp" does return results with escaped html characters "−" (−) or "&" (&) in them. As they are obviously not used as words, they should not be returned by the search.
The search result previews also show the html encoded strings instead of the resulting characters: The top result for "amp" is D&D Pantheons.
Further (but probably not all) search terms that return HTML encoded characters: nbsp, rsquo, shy
I'm seeing this also for searches that don't include the hidden characters, for example a search for "Sample Poisons" returns the result " Sample Poisons"
