Can’t view one player’s character sheet...

We are in a campaign with Content Sharing. Two other players have their sheets set to Public. I can view one but get an error on the other one (I am not the DM.) Any ideas?...

Here is my character he cannot see. Have it to public and even switched back and forth but no go.

Since no one replied he made a copy of the character and now we can see it!...

Sometimes it's the simplest of solutions!
