The Bard College of Swords.  The Magical Secrets class feature at 10th and 14th level.  The spells selected are counted against the total known, which shows as an error and won't let you choose new spells as you level.

Hello! The Bard class table includes the Magical Secrets feature for the Spells Known, as noted in the Magical Secrets class feature:

The chosen spells count as bard spells for you and are included in the number in the Spells Known column of the Bard table.

but I can deselect the magical secrets feature on class feature when editing the character, then select the full range of spells and re enable magical secrets.  The dndbeyond character sheet then honors the extra spells
