I've got a custom item that provides a +2 bonus to all spell attacks. The spells with attacks of a character who has this item all properly reflect this ... except for the Chill Touch spell, for some reason. (This character is a Death Domain cleric who acquired Chill Touch from the Reaper feature of the subclass.) I can't say why this bonus isn't appearing properly, but it's definitely the case that, for whatever reason, this bonus (+2 to spell attacks) from this particular item (a custom item) doesn't get applied to this spell (Chill Touch acquired through the Reaper feature).
Hello! It is a known issue that spells granted by class features are unaffected by items that grant a bonus to spell attacks, there is a ticket raised for this issue. Thank you very much for the report!
Don't worry too much about reporting something multiple times, 40below. We would rather see too many reports on an issue than for an issue to go unreported. :)

Thanks, Mellie!
(Is there a place to see these tickets, so I can avoid double-reporting things?)
If there is, I'd like to know too. As far as I know, "ticket" is a term used to refer to internal tracking of reports. Emphasis on internal.
That is correct, DxJxC!
