One of my characters, which is set to "public" returns the following error when tried to be seen by others:

Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our Retrieve Character check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.

Try again after a Short Rest.

The character id is 20775898, any ideas what might be causing this issue?

Just made a copy of the character and deleted the original one and it's working fine now.

The rogue in our party is having the same issue. He and the DM can see the character but no one else can. Mobile or PC does not matter.
