Hello, I recently purchased Monsters of the Multiverse digitally, and wanted to make a character with one of the races in the book, however when I go to make the character it does not show any of the races in the creation menu. I do not see any options to enable non core races, and the customizable race option is appearing from Tashas. I made sure that the purchase went through and I have access to the book on the site. Not sure if there is some kind of hidden slider or if there is some option that I have to check somewhere, but I would love some help on this matter, Thank you.

If you made a purchase through the app, it might take a while to show up. If you purchased it through the website, it should be immediately available.
Check your entitlements to make sure they are in sync.
And just to be safe, make sure you turn on all the content toggles in the character builder.
Hello, this problem seems to only occur when purchasing monsters of the multi verse this problem happened for me when I purchased monster of the multi verse though I purchased grim: hollow and it has not come but dont think this is a scam I haven't waited the 24 hrs your supposed to ill post if it dosent come in the next 2 days or so.

Thank you very much. I somehow didnt notice the giant "sync entitlements" button and assumed that it was just based on the owned books at the bottom.
