This is a bit embarrassing but I mixed up whether I purchased the DM handbook or Player handbook. I have a receipt and it doesn’t specify (‘DDB Content’).
I switched phones and when I downloaded D&D app again, my content was gone!
I am unable to access this content on my account. Could I please provide a screenshot of my purchase receipt so that I can have this content added back to my account?
Thanks --> it is not listed there for some reason. It notes that I have no purchases (even though I have a receipt and bank history showing $29.99 removed from my account).
I think something weird must have happened with my account. Maybe I used incorrect email address or something? But I did not change what I did on my new phone. Just downloaded app, logged in, and poof --> my stuff was gone.
I submitted something to the Account Help Support as noted by the DM comment above. Hopefully they can help me! I am raring to get back into D&D, have a captive audience and wanting to get all my resources in order!
