The bloodlust DC is currently set to 8 no matter the current Blood Hunter level instead of 8 + 1/3 of the current Blood Hunter level

Hi Lynxodude! That is correct. The new DC for the Bloodlust feature is 8, as provided in the most recent update of the revised Blood Hunter!
