You need to make a campaign for them to join - and someone (anyone) within that campaign needs a Master Tier subscription. That person can then turn Content Sharing on. When Content Sharing is on - ALL content (not just yours or the person with the subscription) is shared to everyone else within the campaign.
When they follow the link, they'll be able to either
Make a new character using all their content
Join with an existing character, but then give them features from the shared content
It's important to note that the DM, the person with the content and the person with the subscription don't all need to be the same person.
Say Andi, Sam and Charlie all use DDB
Andi has the books
Charlie has a Master Tier sub
Sam has started a campaign as DM
If Charlie joins Sam's campaign, Charlie will be able to enable content sharing from within that campaign. If Andi then joins, all of their books will be shared with Sam and Charlie.

I've actually done this. Usually for our group, the DM has the sub and I (a player) have all the books, but sometimes the DM changes for oneshots.
How can my players gain access to the unlocked content on my account? Can't seem to figure it out.

This all assumes you're the DM
